She is new to Guggenheim Academy and immediately has to deal with the meanest girl who ever lived, a bully named Stacey, not to mention her group of friends who call themselves The Gaggle. Stacey and her crew decide that they are going to bully the new girl, but little do they know what they are up against. Phoebe defends herself with wit, cunning, and guile. Guggenheim Academy will never be the same again.
